There are five of these for Classical Greek (we also stock Homeric dictionaries). Three of these are by Liddell and Scott; first published in 1843 and, for those interested, a poem about them by Thomas Hardy 'Ode to Liddell and Scott' in which 'Sigma gave Liddell a stigma'!! (Macmillan - Complete poems of Thomas Hardy £15.99), is available.

GREEK ENGLISH LEXICON. LIDDELL & SCOTT large 9th edition with revised supplement A huge dictionary (the supplement is available separately please e-mail us if you wish to order the supplement)
GREEK-ENGLISH LEXICON. LIDDELL AND SCOTT Intermediate (£25.00 hardback). The most popular of the three Liddell and Scott dictionaries as it's large enough to define all but the most obscure words and yet still portable. This is the one that most undergraduates buy (can afford).
GREEK-ENGLISH LEXICON. LIDDELL AND SCOTT Abridged. (£19.00 hardback). The most portable and the cheapest of the Liddell and Scott dictionaries. Useful for looking-up definitions of Attic Greek words. Very useful for home use and up to about A level standard.

CLASSICAL GREEK DICTIONARY. Oxford Pocket. Pocket Oxford Dictionary of Classical Greek. At last a two way (English Greek as well as Greek English) dictionary, edited by John Taylor and James Moorwood. Fabulous!

Woodhouse S.C. ENGLISH-GREEK DICTIONARY With the new Oxford pocket dictionary being two way, this dictionary appears even more expensive at £85.00, than it did before. Far more thorough than the Oxford English Greek section, however, so if you need a reference work for looking up English words and finding their equivelent in Ancient Greek, this is the best.

Homeric Dictionary by Georg Autenrieth has been going donkeys years and is alive and kicking.

NTC's Dictionary of Latin and Greek Origins Wonderful dictionary of etymological usage of Greek and Latin words, found in English. Not complete, by any means, this is more of a guide to the usual suspects.
